Wall Street Securities Joint Stock Company (WSS) was founded by the major shareholders including: Cable and Telecommunication Materials Corporation (Sacom), Duc Giang Garment Joint Stock Company and a number of individual shareholders.

-  On 20th December, 2007, WSS was founded in accordance with No.86/UBCK- GP- Certificate of Securities Business Registration granted by The State Securities Commission. On 24th February, 2010, the certificate was revised and replaced by No.303/ UBCK- GP.

-  On 30th January, 2008, WSS became the 65th member of Hanoi Stock Exchange Centre.

-  On 29th February, 2008, CEO Tran Dac Sinh signed No. 73/ QD- SGDHCM Decision, recognized that WSS became the 27th member of Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

-  On 1st Mar 2008, Mr. Pham Duc Long is elected as Vice President and Deputy CEO. Ms Pham Diem Hoa is elected as Vice President and CEO.

-  On 22nd Apr 2008, WSS began to operate officially and successfully held the ceremony of trading central at No 212 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hanoi.

-  On 6th Dec 2008, Ms. Vu Ngoc Lan is appointed to Deputy CEO.

-  On 12th Apr 2010, Mr. Vu Quoc Khanh is appointed to Deputy CEO.

-  On 1st Jun 2010, Saigon Branch of WSS officially opened at No. 255 Tran Hung Dao Str., District 1, HCM City.

-  On 9th Jun 2010, Mr. Nguyen Hai Hong is appointed to Deputy CEO.

-  On 9th Jul 2010, WSS has sighed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Alba-Ace Securities Company (Japan).

-  On 8th Aug 2010, WSS opened Hoan Kiem transaction office at No. 46 Ngo Quyen Str., Hanoi City.
